Melon Women Suits – Refund & Return Policy

At Melon Women Suits, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to feel confident and beautiful in every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • Have all original tags and packaging intact

  • Be accompanied by the order confirmation or proof of purchase

Please note that for hygiene and quality reasons, bodysuits, lingerie, and sale items are non-returnable.

2. Exchanges

We currently offer size and color exchanges for the same style, subject to availability.
If the desired item is unavailable, you may opt for a store credit or refund (as applicable).

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If you received free shipping, a standard shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to:

  • A defective or damaged product, or

  • A wrong item sent by us.

In these cases, Melon Women Suits will cover the return shipping cost.

Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll ensure a quick replacement or refund.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Bodysuits, lingerie, or undergarments

  • Gift cards
